of the representation the case is handled in a manner to prepare it for trial. While the vast majority of cases are successfully resolved
prior to trial, we feel that our client is placed in the best position if the
defendant knows that the case is ready to be tried.
The law firm of Smith & John concentrates upon the practice of
personal injury law and welcomes referrals from other attorneys; especially
those who do not regularly practice in this area of law but who have been
retained by a client with a personal injury claim.
In many instances Smith & John has successfully combined resources
with other attorneys to provide the client with a complete circle of legal
experience. All personal injury cases handled by the law firm are on a
contingency fee basis. If no recovery is made then no fee is due for
legal services.
