MOTION FOR DISCOVERY IN A CRIMINAL CASE A Motion for Discovery is a pleading filed with the Clerk of Court where a criminal prosecution is pending. The purpose of the form is to have the prosecution produce and/or provide access to certain information, documents, and things prior to trial to the defendant.
